CERPhotos.com Creative Commons Licensing Terms

I believe photos are meant to be shared.  However, to protect myself and the subjects in my photos, I license my photos through Creative Commons Licensing Terms.  This allows people to use my photos for personal use, but not to exploit them for their own commercial gain. 

Unless otherwise stated, these photos are for your personal use only.  You are free to share:  Copy, Distribute, Transmit the Image under the following conditions:

1. Attribution - Attribution to Charles E. Rodriguez and CERPhotos.com must be made along with the image, and the Copyright notice must be left in place.

2. Noncommercial - This image must not be used for commercial purposes under any circumstances.

3. No Derivative Works - You may not alter, transform, or build upon this work.

Some Examples of Acceptable Use:

1. Sharing the image on your personal blog or social media site (ex: Facebook, Tumblr).

2. Posting the image on a school or school-sponsored website to recap a concert or student event.

3. Creating a personal print inside your home.

4. An individual using the image as a wallpaper on their computer, phone, or tablet.
